Every time I come in, they’ve got what I need on the shelves. that says a lot, stores should make the effort to be reliable for customers, and this place clearly does.

The return itself went through okay, but I’m not totally sure why the refund took a bit longer than I expected. It did come through eventually, so it worked out, but the wait was a little frustrating.

The book was listed as very good and yep, it really was. No weird surprises or anything, just showed up in the conditon I expected. Happy with it overall.

I had a little issue with my order, so I sent customer service a message. They got back to me in maybe a day or so and sorted it out without making it complicated. It was a easy experience, and I appreciated that. I'd use Wob again.

I picked up a few books from wob.com and they were so much cheaper than buying them new, even after adding delivery.
Most of them turned up in better shape than I expected for the price. One book had a bit more wear than the others, but nothing that stopped me reading it, so I wasn’t really bothered.

For what I paid, I’m happy. It’s a Good option if you want to buy books without spending loads

I’ve been using Wob for a while now, or at least I think it’s been a while, I can’t really remember when I first ordered from them. Either way, I like buying used books there instead of always getting new ones. The prices are usually fair, delivery has been fine for me, and most of the books turn up in decent condition. I did have one order ages ago, or maybe that was more recent, where the book wasn’t quite as described, but nothing too bad. Overall I’m happy with them and I keep ending up back there whenever I need another book.

Found the books I was after really quickly and checkout was straightforward. The site worked fine on my phone too, so there was no hassle or messing about. Happy with Wob overall — if they’re offering anything for leaving feedback, I wouldn’t say no to a little voucher or discount next time.

I was surprised by how quickly it showed up. Delivery was way faster than I thought it would be, so that’s always a nice bonus, isn’t it?

Most of the books I ordered showed up fine, but one of them was the wrong edition, which kind of confused me. I double-checked my order and I’m sure I picked the right one, so I’m not sure what happened. Not a huge deal, but definitely a bit annoying
