I ordered two books for my daughter's birthday. One arrived in good time; however, the other (although dispatched) never arrived. I have emailed WOB five times about this and have not received a reply to the last three emails. The first two replies simply copied and pasted information from the tracking bot facility on the website.

Always a quick delivery and great prices. Now my favourite place to go for preloved books.

You do not state which country I am buying from. Twice I’ve realised I was buying from USA instead of uk.

Totally miss leading seller. Bought a walking guide to madiera 2022 edition. When it arrived it was 2001. What use is a 20 year old walking guide. Got offered 30% refund.

I've made several purchases from this company, partly to save money and partly to help the environment. I am very impressed by the availability of foreign language books (very helpful if you are studying French, for example). It's also enabled me to catch up on missed bestsellers at an incredibly reduced price. After reading the books, unless I truly love them, they go to a charity shop to be read again. I've only had one problem with a book which they chose not to send me because it wasn't as described. It was sorted out very quickly. Keep reading, everyone!
